Team Offsite and Board Meeting Venue in Mckinney, TX
PREMIUM CORPORATE MEETING ROOMS AND EVENT SPACE

PLAN YOUR NEXT OFFSITE OR BOARD MEETING WITH ALL THE CONVENIENCE YOU EXPECT
The best decisions rarely get made in the same conference room where the interruptions live. Hartwater Hall in McKinney gives leadership teams and boards a neutral, purpose-built room with the equipment already working: the Keynote Room for offsites and planning days of 20 to 50, with a proper stage, OLED displays, professional sound, a breakout room for working groups, and recording for the people who could not be there; and Room A, a 12-seat conference room by the hour, for board and leadership meetings that need a real table, video conferencing, and a closed door.

Both book instantly online with published rates, both come with free on-site parking and a kitchen for catering, and neither involves a sales office, a catering minimum, or an AV cart. Book a half day for $895 or a full day for $1,495 in the Keynote Room, or Room A from $75 per hour.
TWO WAYS TO MEET
THE KEYNOTE ROOM FOR OFFSITES OF 20 TO 50
Training tables with power at every seat for the working sessions, a stage and OLED displays for the presentations, professional wireless microphones so the discussion carries, and a U-shape layout your team can set for the day that is more conversation than slides. The included breakout room takes a working group of 10 while the main room keeps moving, and the two installed PTZ cameras record the sessions your remote colleagues missed. See the Keynote Room.

ROOM A FOR BOARD AND LEADERSHIP MEETINGS OF UP TO 12
A private conference room with a conference table for 12, screen sharing, wireless presentation from any director's laptop, and video conferencing equipment for the members joining remotely. It books by the hour at $75 with no membership and no minimum beyond the hour, so a quarterly board meeting costs exactly what it uses. Rooms B (10) and C (8) work the same way for committees. See conference and meeting rooms by the hour.

THE BREAKOUT ROOM FOR WORKING GROUPS
Two round tables, a TV display, a whiteboard, and video conferencing equipment for up to 10. It is included with every Keynote Room booking, and it also rents on its own at $40 per hour for a working group that needs a room and a whiteboard. See the breakout room.

WHY TEAMS CHOOSE HARTWATER HALL OVER THE OFFICE OR A HOTEL
An offsite works because it removes the room the problems live in. Hartwater Hall is a short drive from most Collin County offices, close enough to be practical and far enough to be a change of scenery, with everything a decision-making day needs already in the walls. For the venue's full range of spaces, see meeting room rental in McKinney on the homepage.

PRICING FOR A SEMINAR
Every rate includes the room's equipment, gigabit Wi-Fi, and free parking. Multi-day Keynote Room bookings receive 10% off day two and beyond. Deposit, cancellation, and payment terms are on the booking policies page.

PLANNING YOUR OFFSITE
-
Layout. The Keynote Room is provided in its standard configuration, with tables facing the main stage area; your team sets up any alternative layout. Classroom tables suit a working day, theater suits presentations, and a U-shape suits a discussion-led session; note your agenda when you book and we will recommend one.
-
Check-in. A reception desk at the entrance handles arrivals, name badges, and materials.
-
Arrival and setup. Doors open as early as 7:00 a.m. for full-day Keynote bookings. If you arrive before office hours, your confirmation includes an entry code to access the space. Hourly rooms open with the door code in your confirmation.
-
Catering. Outside catering is welcome with no minimums. The adjacent kitchen handles coffee, breakfast, and lunch staging, and catering tables are provided in the Keynote Room.
-
Working tools. The breakout room has a whiteboard. Whiteboards and flip charts are not provided in the Keynote Room, so bring your own if your session calls for them.
-
