PREMIUM VENUE FOR LIVESTREAMED AND IN-PERSON EVENTS

HYBRID EVENT VENUE IN MCKINNEY, TX: LIVESTREAMED AND IN-PERSON EVENTS
A hybrid event has two audiences, and most venues only serve one of them. Hartwater Hall's Keynote Room in McKinney was built for both: a proper stage, OLED displays, and professional sound for the 20 to 50 people in the room, and two installed PTZ cameras with a tech control station that send the same event, with the same clean audio, to everyone watching on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform on your own account.

There is no production company to hire, no camera rig to load in, and no rehearsal to make sure a rented setup works. The equipment lives in the room and is included in the day rate. Walk in with your presentation and your join link; walk out with a finished event and the recording.
WHAT A HYBRID EVENT NEEDS, AND WHAT THE ROOM PROVIDES
THE ROOM EXPERIENCE
The people who drove here should get the better seat. The Keynote Room gives them a stage with clear sightlines from every chair, high-resolution OLED displays for slides and video, professional wireless microphones so every speaker and every question is heard, and power at every training-table seat for a full day of laptops.

THE REMOTE EXPERIENCE
The people at home should get the same event, not a phone propped on a lectern. The rear display camera captures the presenter and stage cleanly, the room's microphone feed goes straight to the stream, and the control station switches between the camera and your content so remote viewers see slides when slides matter and the speaker when the speaker matters.

THE RECORDING
Every hybrid event is also a recording. Stream and record at the same time, or record without streaming, and your files are delivered to you after the event for the on-demand library, the certification archive, or the colleagues who missed it.

HYBRID EVENTS THIS ROOM HOSTS
-
Hybrid town halls and all-hands. The local team in the room, every other office on the stream, one recording for the archive. Corporate events and launches
-
Hybrid trainings and onboarding cohorts. Half the cohort at the tables, half at home, everyone seeing the same slides and the same demonstration. Training room rental in McKinney
-
Hybrid CE courses and certification programs. Sell the in-room seat and the virtual seat; record the session for credit verification. Seminars and speaker events
-
Association and chapter meetings. Members across DFW attend from wherever they are, while the board meets in person.
-
Panels and webinars with a live studio audience. A real audience in the room gives the stream energy that a webcam in an office never will.
-
Technical and procedural demonstrations. The overhead demo camera puts close-up detail work on the room's screens and on the stream at the same time.

RUN IT YOURSELF, OR ADD AN OPERATOR
Self-driven use of the control station is included in every rental: your presenter or a member of your team controls slides, camera views, and the stream. For anything with more than one presenter, a remote Q&A, or a run of show you would rather not think about during the event, add our tech operator ($295 half day, $495 full day) to switch cameras, manage the stream and recording, and cue content while your people present. Your own team handles the platform side: the join link, chat, and moderation on your account. See the built-in cameras and control station for the full capability detail.

A SIMPLE RUN OF SHOW FOR A HYBRID EVENT
-
Before the day. Send your remote attendees the join link from your own platform. Share your agenda when you book so we can recommend a layout and, if you added an operator, plan the camera cues. A short tech check with our tech operator before the event is available and included; ask for one when you book.
-
Arrival. Doors open as early as 7:00 a.m. for full-day bookings. If you arrive before office hours, your confirmation includes an entry code to access the space. The Keynote Room is provided in its standard configuration, with tables facing the main stage area; your team sets up any alternative layout. Connect your laptop, confirm your platform is live on the control station, and you are ready.
-
During the event. Present from the stage. The control station, or your operator, sends the right feed to the stream: the presenter, the slides, or the overhead camera for a demonstration. The room's microphones carry every voice to the recording and the remote audience.
-
Breaks and breakouts. Use the included breakout room for small-group work or a private conversation while the main room resets.
-
After the event. Your recording files are delivered to you. Post them, edit them, or archive them; they are yours.

WHAT A HYBRID EVENT COSTS HERE
Producing the same hybrid event at an ordinary venue usually means renting the room and then paying a production company several thousand dollars to bring in cameras, a switcher, and a crew; the full comparison is on the AV and streaming page. Multi-day bookings receive 10% off day two and beyond. Deposit, cancellation, and payment terms are on the booking policies page.
