Hartwater Hall's Keynote Room is a purpose-built corporate event space in the heart of McKinney, Texas, for product launches, panels, town halls, and client events of 20 to 50 people. A proper stage, high-resolution OLED displays, professional wireless sound, two installed PTZ cameras for streaming and recording, a speaker green room, and a breakout room all come with the room, at one published day rate.

Hotel ballrooms are sized for banquets and quoted through a sales office. Restaurant back rooms have a TV and a noise problem. The Keynote Room was designed for a presenter at the front and an audience that came to pay attention, in the room and online. Book a half day for $895 or a full day for $1,495, and every piece of equipment is included.
Hartwater Hall rents four private meeting rooms by the hour in the heart of McKinney, Texas: two conference rooms for 10 and 12, a meeting room for 8, and a round-table breakout room for 10. BROADCAST YOUR EVENT WITHOUT A PRODUCTION CREW
Two installed PTZ cameras and a tech control station make the room broadcast-ready out of the box. Stream to Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform on your own account, record for on-demand viewing, or both. Run it yourself, or add our tech operator ($295 half day, $495 full day) to switch cameras, manage the stream, and cue content while your presenters present. HOSPITALITY: CATERING, COCKTAIL TABLES, AND THE GREEN ROOM

Outside catering is welcome, with no catering minimums or kitchen fees. An adjacent kitchen with a sink, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, and counter space serves as your caterer's staging area.

WHY A PURPOSE-BUILT ROOM BEATS A BALLROOM OR A BACK ROOM
Hotels work well for hundreds, and restaurants work well for dinner. Hartwater Hall was built for the corporate event in between: the launch, the town hall, the panel, and the client evening where the presentation is the point. For smaller gatherings, the venue also offers hourly meeting room rental in McKinney.

PLANNING YOUR EVENT

Hours. The room is available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Staffed add-ons (tech operator, photography) are scheduled during office hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Setup and load-in. Doors open as early as 7:00 a.m. for full-day bookings. If you arrive before office hours, your confirmation includes an entry code to access the space. The Keynote Room is provided in its standard configuration, with tables facing the main stage area; your team sets up any alternative layout. The venue is on the second floor, reached by elevator or stairs from the main lobby; a loading cart is available, and a trailer can park temporarily at the lobby doors during load-in.

Branding the room. Banners, backdrops, and signage are welcome at the stage and entrance, and the displays can show your holding slide or logo between segments.

Wi-Fi. Gigabit, up to 1,000 Mbps upload and download, for a full room of devices and a livestream at once.
