HANDS-ON AND TECHNICAL TRAINING VENUE NEAR DALLAS: EVERY SEAT SEES THE DEMONSTRATION
The hardest part of teaching a technique to a room of 40 people is that only the first five can see it. Hartwater Hall's Keynote Room in McKinney solves that with a feature no other venue in the area has: an overhead PTZ camera mounted directly above the stage, aimed down at the work, that puts every detail on the room's high-resolution OLED displays at full size. Nobody crowds the table. Nobody cranes a neck. Every seat is a front-row seat.

The rest of the room was built for the hands-on day that follows the demonstration: 35 seats at training tables with power and workspace for practice, 50 total with the back row, a breakout room for small groups, professional wireless sound so the instructor never has to shout, and recording built in for your certification archive. Medical, clinical, technical, and trades educators are the room's core users, and they book it by the half day or full day at one published rate.
THE OVERHEAD DEMO CAMERA: THE FEATURE NO OTHER VENUE HAS
A PTZ camera sits directly above the stage area, pointed straight down. When the instructor demonstrates on the stage, the camera sends a birds-eye close-up to the OLED displays, so a technique performed on one surface at the front of the room is visible in detail from the last row. The same feed goes to your stream or recording, which means remote attendees and the archive get the instructor's view, too.

For procedural and technical teaching, this changes what can be taught from a stage. Instead of running the room through a demonstration in shifts of five, the instructor demonstrates once, the whole room watches at full size, and the hands-on practice starts sooner. See the AV and streaming capabilities for how the two cameras and the control station work together.

BUILT FOR THE HANDS-ON DAY
DEMONSTRATE FROM THE STAGE
A proper stage area with clear sightlines, the overhead camera above it, wireless microphones for the instructor and any assistants, and the OLED displays carrying the close-up to every seat.

PRACTICE AT THE TABLES
Presentation-style rows of training tables seat 35 with full workspace and power at every seat, so attendees can practice, take notes, and keep devices charged through a full day. An additional back row of chairs brings the room to 50 for the lecture portions.

BREAK INTO SMALL GROUPS
The included breakout room, with two round tables, a TV display, a whiteboard, and video conferencing equipment, holds up to 10 for supervised small-group practice, assessments, or a private conversation with a student.

RECORD THE TECHNIQUE
Stream the demonstration to remote attendees, record it for your certification archive or on-demand library, or both. Your recording files are delivered to you after the session. Run the control station yourself, or add our tech operator ($295 half day, $495 full day) to switch between the overhead camera, the presenter camera, and your slides while you teach.

WHY COURSE PROVIDERS CHOOSE A PURPOSE-BUILT ROOM OVER A HOTEL BALLROOM
Hotels work well for a conference of hundreds, and coworking rooms work well for a team of eight. Hartwater Hall was built for the course in between: 20 to 50 attendees, one instructor, and a technique everyone came to learn. For a course that runs longer than a day, multi-day bookings receive 10% off day two and beyond, and the venue also offers hourly meeting room rental in McKinney for small-group follow-ups.

PRICING FOR A TRAINING DAY
One rate covers the room, both cameras, the displays, the sound, the breakout room, the green room, gigabit Wi-Fi, and free parking. Deposit, cancellation, and payment terms are on the booking policies page.
