PREMIUM CORPORATE MEETING ROOMS AND EVENT SPACE

SEMINAR AND SPEAKER EVENT VENUE IN MCKINNEY, TX
When people pay to attend, the room is part of what they bought. Hartwater Hall's Keynote Room in McKinney gives a seminar of 20 to 50 the things a paid audience notices: a proper stage with clear sightlines from every seat, professional wireless sound so the back row hears every word, high-resolution OLED displays for slides and video, and a private green room where your speakers prepare and step out to a ready room.

It also gives the host the things a paid audience never sees: two installed PTZ cameras and a control station that record the session for your archive or stream it to the people who bought the virtual seat, a breakout room for small-group work, free parking, outside catering with no minimums, and one published day rate with everything included. Book a half day for $895 or a full day for $1,495, seven days a week, evenings and weekends included.

BUILT FOR THE PAID SEMINAR
A STAGE AND SOUND YOUR SPEAKERS DESERVE
A proper stage area at the front of the room, professional wireless microphones that pass cleanly between a keynote, a panel, and audience questions, and a wired sound system that carries evenly to the last row. Slides and video go to OLED displays that stay crisp from every seat.

A GREEN ROOM FOR YOUR PRESENTERS
Speakers arrive, prepare in private, and step out to a ready room. The green room has comfortable seating, mirrors, a vanity desk, a garment steamer, a lint roller, and snacks, and it is included with every booking. For paid courses and speaker events, it is the difference between a rented room and a produced event.

SEATING THAT FITS THE TICKET COUNT
Theater seating holds 50 for a lecture or keynote. Classroom seating at training tables with power at every seat holds 35 for a workshop where attendees write, type, and follow along. A U-shape is available on request for discussion-led sessions, and the breakout room holds 10 for small-group exercises.

RECORD IT, OR SELL THE VIRTUAL SEAT
Two installed PTZ cameras and a control station record the session for your on-demand library or CE archive, or stream it to Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform on your own account so remote attendees can buy a seat too. Run it yourself, or add our tech operator ($295 half day, $495 full day) to switch cameras and manage the stream while your speaker speaks. See hybrid and livestreamed events and the full AV and streaming capabilities.

PRESS BRIEFINGS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A stage, professional sound, a clean camera feed for broadcast, and a green room for the people making the announcement. Everything a media briefing needs, without a production truck.

WHY SEMINAR HOSTS CHOOSE A PURPOSE-BUILT ROOM OVER A HOTEL OR A COMMUNITY ROOM
Hotels work well for a conference of hundreds, and a community room works well for a free talk. Hartwater Hall was built for the paid seminar in between: 20 to 50 people, one or two speakers, and a room that earns the ticket price. For a speaker's small-group follow-up or a planning session, the venue also offers hourly McKinney meeting and seminar venue rooms on the homepage.

PRICING FOR A SEMINAR
One rate covers the room, the stage, every display and microphone, both cameras, streaming and recording, the green room, the breakout room, gigabit Wi-Fi, and free parking. Multi-day programs receive 10% off day two and beyond. Deposit, cancellation, and payment terms are on the booking policies page.
