Livestream Event Venue in McKinney, TX
PREMIUM CORPORATE MEETING ROOMS AND EVENT SPACE

PROFESSIONAL-GRADE AV SET-UP AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Most venues hand you a room and leave you to hire a production company to fill it. At Hartwater Hall, the production studio is already in the room. The Keynote Room, our 50-seat training and event space in McKinney, has two installed PTZ cameras, professional wireless sound, high-resolution OLED displays, and a dedicated tech control station, all included in the day rate.

Walk in with a presentation. Stream it to Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform on your own account, record it for your archive or your on-demand library, or simply present to the room. Run it yourself from the podium, or add our tech operator and let someone else drive.
BUILT-IN 4K BROADCAST CAMERAS
THE DISPLAY CAMERA
Mounted overhead at the back of the room, the display PTZ camera is wired for streaming and recording. It captures the presenter and stage cleanly for your remote audience, your archive, or your marketing team. Livestream a keynote, record a certification course, or broadcast a product launch to viewers anywhere, with a clean feed and clean audio from the first minute.

THE OVERHEAD DEMO CAMERA
This is the feature no other venue in the area has. A second PTZ camera sits directly above the stage, aimed downward for close-up technical display. When your presenter demonstrates detailed work, the camera puts a birds-eye view on the room's high-resolution screens at full size, and onto your stream or recording alongside it.

No crowding around a table. No craning necks. Every seat in the room becomes a front-row seat, and every remote viewer sees exactly what the front row sees. If you run technical, procedural, or hands-on and technical training of any kind, this camera changes what you can teach from a stage.

STREAM TO YOUR PLATFORM, ON YOUR ACCOUNT
The control station sends your stream to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube Live, or any RTMP-compatible platform, using your own account and your own audience list. Your attendees join the way they already do, and the event lives where you want it to live.

The venue runs gigabit internet, up to 1,000 Mbps for both upload and download, which carries a full room of connected devices and a livestream at the same time without contention. Record instead of stream, or do both at once, and your recording files are delivered to you after your session.
SOUND THE WHOLE ROOM CAN TRUST
The Keynote Room is wired for sound with professional-grade wireless microphones. Presenters move freely, panelists pass a mic without feedback, and the system carries evenly to the back row. Your stream and recording pick up the same clean audio feed the room hears, so remote viewers never strain to follow.
DISPLAYS VISIBLE FROM EVERY SEAT
High-resolution OLED displays carry slides, video, and live camera feeds to the whole room, front row to back. Put your presentation on one feed and the overhead camera on another, or mirror a single source, and every attendee sees it crisply from their seat.
DRIVE IT YOURSELF, OR ADD AN OPERATOR
The tech control station sits in the main room and gives you two ways to run your event.
-
Self-driven, included in every rental. The presenter or a member of your team controls slides, camera views, and the stream or recording directly. Straightforward, and there is no equipment fee.
-
Operator-driven, $295 per half day or $495 per full day. Our tech operator runs the control station: switching between the display camera, the demo camera, and your content, managing the stream or recording, and cueing what the room and the remote audience see, so your presenter only has to present. See the Keynote Room rates.
Want the event photographed as well? Add in-house event photography ($295 half day, $495 full day) and a member of our team covers presenters, attendees, and key moments with a gallery delivered after the event. Both staffed add-ons are scheduled during weekday office hours.
WHAT A LIVESTREAMED EVENT USUALLY COSTS
Livestreaming an event in the Dallas area usually means renting a room and then hiring a production company to bring in cameras, a switcher, and a crew, which typically starts around $3,900 per event on top of the room. At Hartwater Hall the cameras, switching, sound, and streaming are installed and included in the Keynote Room's $1,495 full-day rate, with a professional operator available for $495.

The equipment lives in this room permanently, so there is no load-in, no cabling, and no rehearsal to make sure a rented rig works. See every rate on one page on the homepage.
